Rude staff and salty food

Dear Chicken Licken Team,

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at your Parkdene boulevard drive-thru. Despite making numerous requests in the past for the chicken wings not to be over-spiced, the wings continue to arrive extremely salty—to the point of being inedible. I have people with high blood pressure eating this food yet it’s always this salty, specifically this branch because I don’t have this issue at the other branches.

During my visit today at 12:30 on the 02/10/2025 after politely requesting again that the wings should not be too salty, the staff member assisting me over the intercom responded with a rude comment. He stated that he only takes orders and does not work in the kitchen. I explained that as a representative of Chicken Licken, he should still be able to assist or escalate the matter. Instead, he dismissed me.

Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wings were once again overly salty. For a newly opened store with new staff, I expected better service and professionalism. Not only was the food disappointing, but the customer service and attitude of the staff were also unacceptable.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate action can be taken to improve both the quality of the food and the customer service at this branch.
