RUDE STAFF

I am very disappointed and angry.

The service I received from Chicken licken Bosman Pretoria is pathetic disturbing and disappointing.

I went there to buy chicken then my husband asks for the toilet key. The lady who was taking orders out said with a filthy attitude that we have to pay first and my husband said my wife is in the que to pay. We ordered paid and I decided to ask the lady but why are you answering us with so much bad attitude and the order lady that is packing orders then joins in by passing a stupid remark saying ay ZYAKHALA KE NAMHLANJE.

Then there's back and forth of disturbing words. These 2 ladies den decided to tell me that I have problems and I'm taking my problems out on them. I even said to them you know what ladies yol must respect your job and your customers, that landed on deaf ears because they proceeded with saying I have personal problems it's the 2 ladies. The cashier was very quiet.

Can this matter be investigated ASAP what bad customer service IL never buy there again.

Chicken licken needs to take these people for TCF training because what on earth is this. The one packing orders went far as telling me that by her house they are rich they have plenty food even if she can get fired she doesn't care.

This happened today Sunday around 5:50

Mind you there were many other customers listening to them disrespecting me. One customer even told the lady that was talking a lot the one that packs orders to just apologize and let this go but I guess her EGO is toooooo big

Please intervene URGENTLY
