Rude Rachet Staff Piet Retief

I bought feed my cravings yesterday at Piet Retief (Mkhondo). Upon my arrival at the cashier I greeted and she just turned her back on me and had a conversation with the kitchen staff before attending to me. I went out and came back to collect my order. The woman who was giving out orders was unpleasant and roudy about something before I approached her. I greeted and she didn't reply, gave me my order and I asked for salt and ketchup she rep**** in a rude manner that she already gave me one salt. She turned her back and gave me 1 ketchup... I asked for 2 ketups and she said she can only give me one and she carried on to read out other people's orders. I asked her is there is a problem with her giving me 2 ketchups and she said yes... I politely asked what is the problem and she blatantly ignored me and started a conversation about me with the kitchen staff as if I am a piece of ******* that will just me ignored. I continue to ask and she just passed the ketchup. This ****ed me off as I was being treated like **** for ketchup... I took those 2 ketchups and threw it back at her and told her she can keep it. She then tried to hit me with a tray and went over the counter to come and have a physical fight with me.

When now I'm still boiling over this as she had her own issues before I even approached her. Her other staff member kept on calling her Dudu as she didn't even have a name badge.

I am gatvol with Chicken Licken and their service and everytime you ask for ketchup it's like you are asking for people thier salaries. Yesterday was worse because of your staff members that are firstly ill-mannered, have the worst customer service and a customer has to beg for service.

Even after I walked out of the stores she still followed me to my car with her ratchet behavior.
