Rude managers

I was at chicken licken hillbrow yesterday, I was disappointed @the area manager who was there he seemed to instill fear on the staff, it looked like he was shouting at the back of the house stuff, he had some arrogance, he went out for a minute, he wasn't covering his head, no name tag. If he is indeed an area manager he will tarnish the brand name chicken licken he should be reducing salt on your original chicken than behaving like a detactor president. The stuff members were all not cheerful as per usual I assumed it was because of him. Too much negative energy around him.
