Rude and disrespectful employee.

We went to Mega Mart Chicken Licken. When we got there Ducken was on the till and he doesn't even work in the front. We ordered 16 wings. He placed 12, when he confirmed the order it was a wrong order. After we placed our order, we then saw that there was a special going "Soul Square Meal"

The we realized it was cheaper than taking wings. We then decided to take the special. Duncen then called the manager Faith to come and void, soon as Faith came, she asked what was happening, asking Duncen, the Duncen rep**** "Haba tsebe babatlang ba" with an attitude, that was rude and disrespectful. I mean you cannot say such in front of a customer. I am so so not happy with this service and how he spoke about us. Infront of us.

That was so disrespectful and rude. We are customers, and we have the right to change our mind, especially when there is a special we did no know about and only knew or got to see after we placed our order.
