Rotten service from Chicken Licken

So disappointed with Chicken Licken Queensburgh. Bought a meal from them, whilst eating I bit into a ***** which was from the coleslaw. This ***** chipped my tooth. I went to the store spoke to the manager, told me they were investigating. Waited for 2 days, no call from the manager or owner. I called them. Only for the owner to tell me they don't believe my story. There's no way the ***** could have been there. I will never support this store again. What happened to the customer always being right??
