Rotten meat and Rude manager

I sent someone to buy me food at chicken licken in boulders and upon taking a bite I found that the meat was rotten and had a foul smell. I returned the meat to the store and explained to the manager but she was very rude. Her name is Nomusa. After I explained she turned her back against me and called her staff members to come and taste the meat. Firstly how do you give people something to consume when someone has just made a complaint about it? Furthermore, she further insulted me in Zulu and said “Nawe uyangijwayela”. What kind of nonsense management is that? What time of manager insults customers like that? She didn’t even ask me what I wanted, she didn’t even apologise to me instead she insulted me! I have never been so degraded in my life! I buy chicken licken 3 times a week and the service I got today was very disappointing!
