I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase from your store at Mam's Mall. On September 15, 2025, at 19:47, I bought a Family Full House meal (Receipt #1205, served by Cashier Ziphora). Unfortunately, the chicken was oily, dry, and had a bad smell. The coleslaw was also stale.

Given the condition of the food, my family couldn't eat it, which made the purchase a waste of money. I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve food quality and customer service.
