Rotten chicken for R124.90, #2180

Yesterday was my third time in two months buying the nine pieces from chicken licken. I'm disappointed and furious because chicken licken Bloed Mall decided to give me rotten chicken for R124.9 order number #2180 date 5/08/2021. I live In Mamelodi, I work in centurion and my twins stay with my mom in Moloto. I see them every two weeks. My twins asked if I can buy them the spicy chicken licken, they are four years old. I traveled from centurion to Bloed Mall then to Moloto. I wanted to treat my family instead the chicken was ROTTEN and now I look like a fool. My mom now has a running stomach, It pains me cause now I have to give our dinner to my neighbour's dogs. I don't earn much and I'm struggling financially, I sacrificed to buy ROTTEN chicken for R124.90. On the slip they say if I'm not happy with the order I'll have to bring everything back, were on earth will I get money and time to travel from Moloto to the shop to bring the order. I want to know why did they sell me ROTTEN chicken?
