Rotten chicken

I just bought wings in Mall of Africa. My order was ready in less than a minute. Had the first wing and the chicken had an offish taste. Asked my colleague to try one and she also said it's off. I took it back and was told the chicken was made this morning. The lady took my order to the back then came back asking if I want my money back or am I willing to wait 20 minutes whilst they cook the chicken. To my suprise she had just said it was done this morning now she tells me they have to cook it. Needless to say they served me yesterdays chicken. No apology nothing. Do you guys really serve yesterdays old chicken. With all the diseases and viruses out there. How can you guys subject your customers to rotten food like this. I'm so dosgusted honestly. What happens if my tummy starts aching and I fall sick from rotten Chicken licken food. Sies maan!

So they gave me a supposedly fresh batch of wings and guess what same thing. The manager comes out and tells me I am the only customer who has complained and that the wings are fresh. So I told her that's not my problem. She then adds; 'anyway it's fine. It's probably your mouth that's not right'. How dare she! What does that even mean?! I will never ever buy from Chicken Licken. I might not matter to them because I'm a minority. Then they say they can't refund me bcs they don't know where I nought the chicken. Yor I have never ever been treated this way in any franchise.
