****** off my order

I bought a full house 8 chicken pieces at Chicken Licken Jewel City and only got 7 pieces. How does your staff not make sure that they have packed the correct number of pieces required for a specific order. It's nice and loud in the kitchen then we go out with incomplete orders. I am so saddened by this experience.
