****** in the shop

My 9year old brother visited a chicken licken outlet at Klipfontein while he was eating 1 of the beggars came in and ask him to share with him his meal with. When he was leaving he looked for the plastic he came with it was nowhere to be found. I went to the shop and asked to see the camera footage I was told the cameras are not working they don't rewind. We need the footage to open the theft case against the beggar. And the outlet should make sure customers safety at their shop cause those beggars are all over their shop the door and at the drive thru window where we pay. Customers safety is compromised
