She stated that the ****roach could have came from the coleslaw as they pack that and can’t check it before giving it to a customer. She was a rude and insensitive person. Her name is Sharon Ndu. She never gave us a chance to speak she was shouting and turned her back. We asked for a refund and she says i’ll deduct what you ate and then refund you. Service was absolutely horrible. They should be evaluated by the department of health and sanitation.
