Ripping people off and short of stock

I have never seen this happen where you go to a Chicken Licken and they choose what pieces you can and cannot have. I wanted to buy wings and I told them that the last time I bought there was too much of the small pieces and could they balance the portions. I was told by the cashier and the manager that I should accept what they give me and not complain. They both said that this is how they make sure that meat is enough for everyone. I really felt like it was a charity case and I was not getting value for my money.
