Review for Chicken Licken Eyethu Fly-Thru

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chicken Licken Eyethu on 16 February 2025. I placed my order at 20:15:42 at the Fly-Thru and was initially told to wait 15 minutes. However, I only received my food at 20:51—a frustrating 36-minute delay beyond what was promised.

To make matters worse, customers who ordered after me were served before I was, with no clear explanation. When I asked Johnny Moruri, the manager on shift, about the delay, he had no answers and simply brushed me off. Instead of addressing the issue, both he and the till operator kept changing the estimated waiting time, making the experience even more frustrating. When I demanded a refund due to the poor service, they suddenly claimed my order was “ready,” which felt like a dismissive response rather than a genuine resolution.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to make customers wait this long, at least be honest and transparent about the delays. I will think twice before coming back to this branch. Do better!!!!!
