Respect your loyal customer

My name is T n am a very big fan of festival chicken licken, I Also work at festival Mall kempton park.... So I normally buy my chicken licken at least 4 times a week coz I don't eat red meat..... I build a relationship with the stuff, they know me sometimes they just put my order away coz they knw I'll will buy.... Wen I buy I normally ask for a thigh n drumstic coz I don't like the breast.... Today I was very disappointed n I had to go buy at another restaurant cos the manager was very rude n told me that he can't give me a thigh n drumstic n he knows am a regular customer.... Just do your own calculations on how much I support chicken licken festival Mall if I buy 4times a week..... Am very disappointed n won't buy there anymore coz they don't respect loyal customers.... I know other things r a managers discretion but if as a manager u don't knw your loyal customers it's a no no
