Resolve the matter of toilets at Chicken licken (Central House)

I went to chicken licken at Pretoria (Central House) buying 2 Rock my soul my order number is #2042 then i got pressed i asked where the toilets are, they told me with attitude that their toilets are blocked and that they use KFC toilet because its opposite to them so i went to KFC even though i was not buying at KFC. Am so disappointed because even at KFC they wanted a slip (receipt) showing that am their customer so i had to buy even though i didn't want to. AM SO SO HURT.
