Refused to use bathroom

So I am at Carlton Center Chicken Licken and I have been refused to use the bathroom because it has been cleaned for tomorrow. I waited 20 mins for my order while pressed and really needed to relieve myself and the security guard had the audacity to tell me to pee on the street if I am really pressed. How do you deny a paying customer a toilet because it has been prepared for the following day? Shame on you. I am never going to any of your stores. NEVER!!!!
