REFUSED TO USE A TOILET

I went to Chicken licken Booysens on 16 October 2023, 09H45:20 asked for bathroom while my partner was buying food. They refused to hand over the key and unfortunately I had to pee on myself as I was too pressed. I am so disappointed in the management regarding the policy of buying first before usage of bathroom. Never I will see myself at any chicken licken again.
