Can they please give me my money back, i was charged R170 and got no food...

The store then claimed my card didn't go through i left with no food and no money i and i am disgusted with the level of incompetence, no one knows what they doing tge ****** clueless cashier with no training whatever knew absolutely nothing... They then went to call a clumsy manager that when entering the store can't even welcome customers with a greetings to assist to my surprise the only that manager said was the money is not showing on our side go to your bank...

What training is given when you go to a store and your assisted with attitude, ignorance and lack of knowledge...

I want my money back i want an apology from those 2 *********** stupid staff members of yours, that wasted my time going up and down banks as if im crazy after they told me the money will reverse back into my account .. Chicken licken charged money, i didn't even receive the food and had the worst experience ever...

Your staff could learn a thing or two from Famous Brands and how to treat customers and have the correct knowledge of handling customer care..
