Refund

I ordered party 16 on Uber eats yesterday for my sister and was to be collected at Chicken Licken southern shopping Centre( the reef) unfortunately my sister was involved in a car accident and couldn’t collect so I cancelled the order on Uber eats but was unable as I was communicating with a robot (chart) I tried again today and still haven’t got the help I need. I need my money back as we couldn’t collect the food.
