Refund

I purchased food from Chicken Licken Alex mall via Uber eats on the 23/12/24. Order was never delivered. Driver called and when I tried to answer he hang up. Called him back immediately and dude decided not to answer my calls. Logged a dispute via email and made a mistake by emailing Mr D instead of Uber eats. Only reliased when they responded and advised that I sent email to the wrong company. I then forwarded the same email to them/Uber eats and the response I received is that I logged call late after 48hrs.i was charged for a service I didn't get. I was charged R239 for food I did not receive. Soo their drivers don't deliver orders and Uber eats is ok with that????? Soo Chicken Licken Alex mall why do you guys use or working with Uber eats if they don't respect your clients???? I'm your client but you also don't protect me or appreciate me if your working with people who are not reliable
