Really bad quality at Chicken Licken R55

I bought a meal at chicken licken at thier R55 branch. The chicken seems as it was refried 3 times, it was so hard, dry and so small. I regularly support the branch at R55 as it service and quality was really very good. I was totally dissipointed with the quality of food....
