Raw meat

Bought a lunch meal this morning at chicken licken Chris Hani Mall and the meat was as good as raw cz it was still oozing blood and I sent an email to their customer care which they responded with I was supposed to return the meat. When would I have gotten time to return the food while I bought the food on my way to work. I took pictures of the meat n slip as proof but I'm still expected to return to the store. That's ridiculous
