Queen Mbali's chicken licken - Port Shepstone

<p>On 25/05/2016, I visited your branch to order a "3 piece rock my soul", I was told that that the hot chicken was finished for the day. I was forced to buy a 4 piece meal I didnt want. Order number 20231 at 17:19. Cashier was Mbali. This I didnt mind. I was infuriated when immediately after me, an Indian guy was sold a rock my soul. Soon after Mbali sold a "rock my soul" to her friend (seemed friendly with him). Why is it that your staff discriminates against YOUR customers? Is it because I am black, therefore I can eat whatever is forced on me? Do you train your staff to value their friends business more than other PAYING customers? Do you train them to deal with clients complaints unprofessionally as they did with mine? Check your records, why was I and other customers (black and not friends with Mbali) deprived of what we wanted under false pretence yet other people serviced after us got the exact product they wanted. Must I bribe your security guard perhaps in order to get what I want from your store? Check your cameras and till slips. Your staff was unprofessional and rude!!! Your manager was nowhere to be found!!! I called the branch today( 26/05/2016) and spoke to Sne Madlala(manager). She was very polite and appologised. What I find disturbing is that she offered me a "rock my soul" today as consolation. I declined this offer because that action doesnt solve the problem at hand of your staff discriminating against YOUR CUSTOMERS! Sne said that upon investigation, Mbali confessed that she **** to the other customers that she sold "hot chicken" to, she says that they were in fact sold the same " non hot chicken" as me. These products dont cost the same price, so does that mean that she commited *****? Together with your kitchen staff? Isnt that *******? Why should I accept a SUPPOSEDLY " 3 piece rock my soul" consolation, when you staff lies to paying customers? How will I know if thats even chicken? Does your staff know about CPA? Why is there never an answer on your customer service line "***" that your advertise everywhere? Why does your head office think the franchise owner is Ravi Naidoo yet the branch thinks the owner is Ravi Mackenjee? Why so much dishonesty!! </p>
