Quality Problem

the 1 St problem is that their Web site CUSTCARE does not work,as i have been trying since 24/02/16 till 25/03/16.<br> <br> The complaint is that i purchased a Soul 7 meals,and a Big Joe burger,which was was very salty and dry.<br> <br> I have been trying to take this issue with the chicken licken Custcare line,but it does not work,It is pathetic that the most important e mail is not responsive froman established fast food franchise.We have been buying this on an on going basis,and this is 1st time we have experience this type of Issue.
