Quality of takeout gets worse

Order number 10104, date 14 April 2018 19:23:48, serial no ********** . I went to Chicken Licken Epping, ordered 3 dbl boerie burgers and 12 hotwings and when I got home I was shocked for the 1st time as what I was given.

The dbl boerie burger on special still at your Epping franchise is a dry old toasted broken roll with what looks like cheap mustard and 2 patties.

This was not the case when I previously ordered this item on special. It was fresh and hot before with lettuce and gherkins.

As a loyal chicken Licken customer I expect your standards on food not to drop.

What was given to me was not fit for consumption but straight thrown into the bin.

As for your hotwings some are cold and some hot.

Please note I have never questioned the resell of your sauce condiments, but why does your Epping branch charge R2 for 3 sachets? Where as your CBD branch gives it free when ordering hotwings.

I understand the bottle sauce is charged for R14. 95 but really sachets should be given free.
