PROHIBITION TO EAT IN THE STORE

On October 05, 2024 at 12h10 I payed Chicken licken store a visit at Maponya Mall. I had with me, a Loaf of bread and cold drink. I placed an order[Soul Sister Party 5, worth R112]. As I resumed my sit waiting, for my order and hungry at that time, I was told that I can't eat anything inside the store beside what I had bought. This is very unfair because I took about 30 minutes before my order number could be called out. Did those who implemented this restriction consider the health of the customers. Does it mean that they care less if people collapse with food in their hands due to hunger? This is unfair and this restriction should be reviewed
