Preparation time complaint

I placed my order with Chicken Licken WonderPark at 19:27. Only for me to receive it at 21:20. Is it the norm for this establishment to have their clients waiting for their food for almost 2 hours? I ordered my food through Mr D and I believe that if a restaurant is at full capacity and are unable to honor certain orders at the set time then they have the option to decline the order, but they did not. They gladly accepted the order, got paid and proceeded to have me wait for that long. The most upsetting part of it is how they are so unreachable on their landlines, it rings with no answer so I had no way to contact them and follow up on my order or even cancel it (which is what I was desperate to do after waiting for an hour). This is utterly disappointing especially given the fact that chicken licken is my outmost favorite food and I could not order at my usual franchise as they were kind enough to not take orders anymore. Wonderpark really does leave a bad and sour taste in my mouth and I hope this kind of issue is not to be taken litley.
