poor sevice

Saturday evening around 18:30 , i went to westgate mall chicken licken , on my arrival wanted to purchase soulsister 3, of which i did. I waited for my order to be called out, while it was, i didn't hear them hence i waited for a few minutes , but it was not called out again . I then had to ask if it was ready , of which no one paid attention to me. After realising that everyone who had purchase d after me got their food i asked to refunded hence i had waited for such a long time. That's when they told me was food was ready all along. What irritated me most was the attitude thereof one the service i got from those ladies . Chicken licken estate mall showed unprofessionalism , bad service and bad attitude . What happened to TCF . So disappointed
