Poor Services

<p>I bought 1 hot Rock My Soul on Friday night from Chicken Licken Mamelodi Gardens. I was shocked 1 piece was hot and 2 pieces were not hot as.I requested. I tried to phone the number on the slip the whole Saturday but never got hold of them. I went there today morning to tell them my complain but they failed to listen and improve their poor services. It's not a first time I get such poor food, 1st was Big John Burger bun that was too old and not fresh and breaking aparts before I take a bite. This shop must be checked and deliver what customers are entitle to eat what they bought and fresh buns. I NEED URGENT FEEDBAK FROM THEIR HEAD OFFICE.</p>
