POOR SERVICE..***********

I have never seen such. its actually amazing that back in the days this restaurant used to be one of the best in the country. this fast food store has let us down not even once or twice. its either your delivery is late or your order is incomplete. how can one order be 3 hours late? why allow clients to,plave an order knowing exactly that you do not have the necessary equipment? what happened to SPEED???? IM SO DISGUSTED AND I AM SICK OF THIS CHICKEN LICKEN BRANCH.The staff is useless and *********** and no training can fix their attitude.
