Poor service

I went to the chicken licken in Pretoria CBD (corner Shubart and Pretorius Street). The cashier that I encountered at the drive thru, Mpho, spent about 10 minutes chatting up another customer instead of manning the drive thru. This resulted in multiple cars, including myself, driving past the ordering machine cause no one was answering despite the hooting. When I complained about this to the manager and the cashier I was told, and I quote: "I am in their house and they will serve me when they want to serve me, I shouldn't rush them." Honestly this store is a joke cause when I drove to the next window to collect my order I was given the wrong order and when I told the cashier what I had ordered she insisted that I had ordered something else and she even had my slip in her hand.
