Poor service ever

On the 23 oct 2020, I bought rock my soul six at Jabulani when I get home I realised that I was given 5 pieces(original) which it wasn't for the 1st time I expirienced the same problem at Jabulani mall I was so annoyed I then called the restaurant I spoke with Mary she told me to come there when ever I have time she will give me the same meal I bought with 2 extra piaces as a part of apology for the inconvenience they have caused, the next day I called the store before I went there so they can prepare the meal while I was on my way when I get there the manager in charge (Sibusiso) told me that Mary denies the promise she made, therefore they will give me 1 piece imagine travelling 30KM(return) for one piece. I was so bored. Even today Mary never called me which is four days later. Therefore for my travelling expences, my time and going back for the third time I request to be given a family barrel. I spend petrol to go there which I explained to both of them before. Worse part she dropped a phone in my ears on saturday then she switched her phone off.
