Poor Service

What a poor service I got today at Chicken Licken Menlyn. I went there orderd a Rock My Soul meal at 18H05 and at 18H34 I was still waitimg for it. I was told that it's only takes 15mins for the order to get ready but in this case it took waaaay past 30mins. I ended up asking for a refund. I am extremely mad at the fact that I wasted my time, my lunch time waiting for an order I didn't even end up getting. To me that screams poor service. Absolutely poor.
