Poor service delivery

I'm very disappointed at chicken licken kwa thema fly thru I waited 10 minutes to order a meal and when I wanted to pay I was told that their system is offline and they only take cash. The person who served me was not even apologetic about the fact that she could've told me when I ordered that their system was offline and they only take cash instead of telling me to go to the second window and tell me that "our system is offline" and decided to look away and got busy with other customers. I'm not sure about going back there.
