Poor service delivery

Not happy with chicken licken wonderpark, I ordered meal with juice. They decide to give me coke... when I return it they tell me its already on the system I cannot return/exchange, the lady was so rude. Can I get an explanation regarding the procedure to exchange I mean it's ridiculous that now you have to deal with rude staff members and take the wrong order it doesn't make sense.
