Poor Service.

I visited chicken licken at Mamelodi Crossing (denlyn mall) on 25/02/2021 i purchased 6hotwings and asked the cashier how long it will take she said 10min. After 15min i came back to the store to collect the order only to find that if is not ready. According to the cashier it is still on the oven. I further asked why they didn't say that they were still in the oven i would have went to KFC in that case. Some lady came from the back and rudely said it is not yet 10min i took out my slip and explained that i made the purchase at 09:30 and it is already 09:45. They went on making snide comments and singing behaving unprofessional. The one lady said she doesn't even go transact in our branch just because i work at one of the stores in the mall. What does that have to do with the service that they are giving?

Im an highly disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of your staff at chicken licken Mamelodi Crossing. Just because it is in a township it does not mean they should deliver poor service.
