Poor service

I never had any problems with Chicken licken. The food are amazing. But so far I've just had bad experiences from Chicken licken library gardens Polokwane. I use Mr D app to deliver food. We ordered Family full house. The 1st time we ordered Family full house there were two pieces of chicken missing. We called them and they said they will give us a voucher on our next order which we did not receive. Today we ordered through Mr D family full house chicken again and we received everything but this time around our mini loafs we received was full of molds. Meaning the mini loafs are old. I wanna compliment Mr d in this regard for their excellent service but I'm disappointed in Chicken Licken. They do not check the food and the orders properly before they give it to be delivered.
