poor service by manager of Verulam chicken licken

Trust you are well.<br> I have been to the the Chicken Licken at the Verulam Branch today evening at 18.11 pm.<br> I had purchased a meal including 5 ice- creams with choc sprinkles.<br> Upon tasting the ice- cream i realized the sprinkles were old stock.<br> It had an oily taste as well as a bad scent.<br> I then took it to the cashier and asked her for a refund, and she refused. I then asked to speak to the manager and then the manager came and spoke very abruptly.I told her that she is most welcome to taste and she mentioned she was on medication so i understood. She refused to believe something was wrong with the sprinklers.She said that there was no refund thus i should lay a complaint in the complaint box. I then asked her to write her respose on the back of the receipt and she refused.I said to her that it was unfair as i am not going to spend R100 fuel to pick up 5 ice creams that i had already paid for.She then went on to tell me I was uneducated.She used vulgar languages on me.
