Poor Service

I have a bad experience and service from one of the chicken licken employee named Sharon and manager that was on duty is Zama Nxumalo , from Vosloorus branch. Not so long ago I got an incomplete order, they didn't put chips in my order and I let that slide as I thought that mybe it is because they're having a busy night. And tonight I went there to get food for my family and had asked which family meal .can I take that will not take time and I was advised on which meal to take, and when my order was out; the lady( Sharon)that was assisting with giving out orders was very mean I tried giving her my slip and tried to show her my order but she just looked at me and continued with giving other customers their orders, and mind you those customers came after me. This just made lose my appetite I am really upset with this services.
