Poor service + bad attitude by manager + superviso

We went to Chicken Licken and bought hot wings takeaway. When we arrive at home we realized the wings were only 10 inside and worse it was only 4 upper piece of a wing, the 6 was bottom part. We called and the manager said he will bring us another box of 12 hot wings but when the delivery guy came he claimed the 10 wings back which we already ate. We went back to the store and the manager was out. The supervisor was noisy and failed to assist us as the manager was out to buy alcohol. The manager came back with his two bottle of alcohol and he could see that there's a conflict but he decided to ignore. As a customer i felt so bad for this treatment I received of which it wasn't the first time experiencing bad service from the same store. It is clear that the manager there cares only about the money not the people bringing it. Too bad...
