Poor service

According to the manager at chicken licken molopo , if you buy one meal or 10 meals you only suppose to get one sachet of hot sauce . I've bought a rock my soul 3 and a rock my soul 6 for my family when I get home there's only one packet of hot sauce . When I asked the manager about it he asks if I bought extra sauce , which my reply was now I at the least expected 3 sachets with a meal of that size. My question is does chicken linken not value their customers ?
