Poor service at Chicken Licken Value Mall

On 25 June I bought a 4 pieces of chicken + chips at Chicken Licken Value Mall fly thru in Boksburg. They gave me a completely different thing than what ordered. I did not check my food until I got home, and that is when I got my surprise. I ordered a regular meal, but they gave me a hot one. There were no chips at all. I already posted this complaint on Chicken Licken's website and they never bothered to respond.
