Poor Service at Chicken Licken Hillbrow on 15 June 2024

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Chicken Licken restaurant in Hillbrow on Saturday, 15 June 2024 at 21:03.

Upon placing our order, the cashier, Primrose, made an error which needed to be corrected. When we brought this to her attention, she called the manager, Nonhlanhla/Snenhlanhla, to void the order. Unfortunately, the manager's approach was unacceptable. Instead of apologizing and efficiently resolving the issue, she interrogated us, making us feel like we were wasting her time.

To make matters worse, another customer politely asked the staff to expedite their order, as they had been waiting for an extended period. Nonhlanhla responded with an attitude, saying, "You didn't come with your wife here, who you can order around. Don't tell us what to do; we'll take our own time."

This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge you to provide proper training to your managers to ensure they understand the importance of customer satisfaction and respectful communication. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy.
