Poor service and shouting at customer

I would like to complaint about the poor service which i receive from Chicken licken (Halfway house) (manager :Thabitha) she was rude and called the customer a cheat.<br> We placed the order then not receive the correct order in first place ,our order was mix up with other customer order.Everything was there without Bondless 12 hot wings which I contacted and notified them,while we waiting for short delivery,the othters in the office ate the food \ hot wings snack mix"";unfortunately.when driver came back to delivery the short order and collect one of \""hot wings snack mix\"" but the guy not check instead I give my chips(R16.99) and not hot wing snacks(R15.99) and I never even ate the hot wing .<br> however her reaction as a manager must totally out of line.she had a nerve of calling me by my cellphone and calling me a cheat"
