Poor service and returned food given

Bought chicken licken lunch meal original at the Bank city Chicken Licken. I Came back to fect my order and another client was returning it and had eaten some of the contents, the cashier exchanged it and then gave the returned order to me. I inspected it and told her I can't accept that order as it was already eaten. She took it to the back only to give me the same food in a different box. To my disbelief it was the same food I returned and the chicken was hot not original as I ordered.

I never aven ate the food so I just threw it away. Worst service ever.
