poor service and non delivery

I placed an order on 27/08/2015 order came 3hours late and food was very cold and today I placed an order they phoned me back after 2hours to tell me that my order was forgotten and im so disgusted by the service chicken licken gives us from the person who takes orders who cant write and have to trepeat and spell every single word for her
