Poor service and hygiene

I was at chicken linken at the Reef this morning. I bought Hot wing meal 8. While I was eating I found wools on the bread. I decided to return it. When I got there... they clean the meal and replace some few things and give me the same meal to eat. I was so angry and I didn't want to talk. They didn't apologize or replace the meal. Take into consideration that they clean the meal....which I don't understand why they did that. They don't care about the health of customers.
