Poor service and felt bad about experience

On the 11th July about 9pm evening I visited Oxford Street chicken liken east london. I normally do buy some times there but that day I was not in the mood to buy I wanted to use toiliot there. I was told that I can't. When I ask why? They said this is chicken liken head office policy I must buy and then they will alow me to use toiliot. This is very very disappointing reason I got from a national food retailer. I never experience such a thing at nandos or macdonald etc Shame if this is your policy Shame . I feel pitty for you and will never buy from you again.
